As Team leader at Crafted Pubs, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our guests are kept happy at all times.

**As a Team Leader you will**
- Provide guests with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Support the management team during service and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift making sure everything runs like clockwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- High Wycombe, HP10 8NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
