**Sales Negotiator - Gillingham - Dorset**

We are currently looking for a talented Sales Negotiator to work on a full-time basis in our office in Wincanton, Somerset.

Kingsland Property & Land Agents based in Wincanton have built a highly respected reputation within the local community and are looking for more continued growth with the business and have just opened a new office in Gillingham, Dorset with plans for more offices to follow soon.

**The Role**

Working at our Wincanton Office, you’ll be passionate about sales. The role's main purpose is to value properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate sales and their progress through exchange and completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.
