We are currently looking for a full time Fragrance Consultant for our location at the Harrods Salon de Parfum.

As Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service. If you have a can-do attitude and you want to sit at the heart of our in-store client experience, there can't be a more exciting moment to join Penhaligon's. With new collections, new store concepts, and a fast-growing audience worldwide, we are on an ambitious journey.

Fragrance Consultant Duties:

- Develop a deep understanding of our past and present creations, including raw ingredients and extraction methods
- Elevate and entertain clients creating a unique in-store experience
- Build and craft new and existing entrepreneurial methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of revenue forecasts

You will have...
- Experience in retail, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury
- Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing
- Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to achieve personal goals
- Passion about our products and our brand
