The Job...

As the PR & Communications Manager, you'll be joining a long-established, industry leading, design and manufacturing business. Reporting in to the Marketing Director, you'll get to work alongside a small but perfectly formed team including a Marketing Manager,Digital Marketing Specialist, Events specialist, and Graphic Designer. Close collaboration is enjoyed by all in this marketing department. Longer term you can also gain line management experience as the business plans to bring a PR/Marketing executive in thefuture; a role that will sit under you.

You'll be responsible for:

- Delivering creative, integrated marketing communications strategies at brand, campaign, and product level.
- Managing all aspects of product launch comms across multiple media and channels.
- Managing social outreach, including planning organising, and posting across social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Developing PR relationships and journalist contacts and maximising PR coverage.
- Handling corporate communications and taking the lead on a wide range of internal and external comms.
- Reporting on communications activities, providing insight into brand and competitor marcoms and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

About You...

If you're an experienced and ambitious PR & Communications Specialist, with strong experience of developing a network of media contacts and the desire to build a team over time, you could be a great fit.

Here's some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate:

- 4+ years of experience in a PR & Comms focused marketing role.
- A proven track record of strategising, managing, implementing, and growing social media followings.
- A marketing degree or similar qualification
- Experience of delivering robust marketing comms across digital and traditional media.
