T&c Supervisor

I am working with a respected network who has enjoyed success recently with the new member firms joining and the teams growing. Due to this they need to bring on an additional T&C Manager to supervise the Advisers of the network, ranging from newly qualified through to highly experienced Planners.
The base salary for this role is iro £45,000. This is a home based role.
The firm have a friendly feel, with modern offices, competent staff and ambitions to keep growing and developing in the right way. Many of the member firms are highly respected in the industry and this is a great indication of how good the network is.
In the role you will conduct 1:1s with Advisers and with any risks identified you will address and track progress with them. When required you will perform additional induction, education, investigation and assist with any remedial action. Communication is key in this role, not just with the member firms and their advisers, but also internally as you will share ideas and best practice amongst each other.
To be suitable for this role you will hold the Diploma in Financial Planning, ideally CF6 and it would be desirable if you were working toward specialist areas or hold them already such as pensions, or supervision qualifications.
**Salary**: £43,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
