HR Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in the recruitment process by managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinating interviews.
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training programmes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a human resources role or administrative position is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of social media management practices is a plus.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
