**We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and professional Area Administrator to join our team in Derbyshire on permanent, full time basis (37.5 hours per week). This position will based in Long Eaton. The usual working week will be Monday to Friday, 7.5 hrs per day to be worked between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm.**

Working effectively and collaboratively as part of a team you will deliver a high quality, efficient and professional customer service supporting management teams across the area.

Duties will include:

- collating and coordinating information and data for managers in a timely manner
- assisting with the smooth running of operations including diary management
- HR Recruitment
- minute taking
- supporting events and business processes.
- ad hoc projects as and when required.

A self-motivated and competent administrator, you will have proven experience of working in a similar/related role. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be confident using MS Office products. The ability to manage and prioritise workloads, maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working at speed to meet deadlines is vital.
