**Job Description: Dessert Chef with Baking Skills - Filipino Bakery in Soho**

**IMMEDIATE OPENING - Join the Kasa and Kin Dessert Team**

At **Kasa and Kin**, we’re searching for a **Dessert Chef** who can bring creativity, precision, and passion into our bakery kitchen. You’ll help craft our much-loved Filipino desserts - from **Ube Brownies** and **Ensaymadas** to seasonal cakes and pastries - while also assisting with bread production and occasionally stepping out front to delight guests at our retail counter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and finish **desserts, pastries, icings, and creams**, as well as assist with bread production.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support the team in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Disciplined baking skills with a flair for **dessert preparation and pastry work**.
- Previous experience as a **dessert chef, pastry cook, or baker** is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about both baking and presentation.
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
