Spinwell is recruiting for an Strategic Recruitment Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT LEAD**

This role will lead the capacity and capability strand of our people strategy to ensure the Trust has the right people in the right roles delivering the right impact.

The post-holder will be the strategic lead for the Recruitment Team, within the Trust, shaping and determining the direction and delivery of a comprehensive service delivery to support the Trust in meeting key strategic and operational workforce objectives. They will be expected to successfully operationalise strategy and policy, leading the Recruitment Team in the delivery of efficient, legally compliant, timely, accurate, consistent and proactive Recruitment service to support the Trust’s key HR metrics and performance indicators.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT LEAD**
- Educated to Degree or equivalent medical staffing knowledge / work based experience
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Significant recent operational management experience and skills, sufficient to lead and motivate a team, demonstrating evidence of driving a performance culture by providing direction, enabling others to perform, and holding to account for performance

Significant current/recent experience of recruitment processes, legislation, governance, and controls
Experience of policy review and development
Experience in process reviews and managing and delivering improvement change programmes
Demonstrable experience of Business Planning and Service Redesign
Extensive experience of formalised workforce planning, key workforce information and delivery
Experience of providing people management services to a wide range of staff from different professional and occupational backgrounds
Significant experience of building, maintaining and utilising successful partnerships across a range of stakeholders to influence and drive change
Previous experience in implementation of HR strategy, change management, and measurement of performance against KPIs
Successful development of stakeholder and communication strategies
