Aphoenix Care was established in 2019 and rated “Outstanding in Care” with CQC due to the hearts of everyone in our team. Care as it should be, where everyone is valued, we all have an input in shaping how we run “our” service. We know how isolating home care can be to both staff and service users so we opened a Friday club, where we all get together have some lunch and play some fun games for prizes, where everyone joins in, baking cakes and bringing games, we even brought a bus so we can pick everyone up to try and abolish loneliness, ( sing along on the bus voice isn’t essential although it would make the driver less jittery ) What we’re looking for Someone who: - “Cares above all “ - Can work alternative weekends or 4 weekend days a month - Respects service users, families, and teammates - Wants to build a community where everyone is valued - Would like to make a difference in the world A car is preferred and will open you up to more remote opportunities but is not essential.
