Come and join us at Freshlings Nursery as an Early Years Team Leader. You will lead and support the development of the setting ensuring a high quality provision using reflective practice.

Central to our roles is, providing a safe, healthy, caring, inclusive and stimulating environment, where children are respected and supported as individuals and encouraged to learn through play and exploration.

You must have:

- Level 3 Childcare or equivalent qualification and experience of leading in a setting with under 5s with previous demonstrable leadership and management experience of running a room. Early Years Degree, EYPS status or equivalent desired
- Be a confident and caring individual with good communication skills and able to lead a team and work independently.
- Have a passion for early years and supporting children’s development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,540.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
