At Age UK Faversham and Sittingbourne, we are looking for a new Dementia Specialist Support Worker to join our passionate centre & community team, delivering services for our clients across the Swale area.

This role would suit anyone looking for a position that uses your previous skills delivering services to clients and their families living with dementia, and Is motivated by seeing the rewards you can make on a daily basis to people’s lives. You will be working with clients on a 1-1 basis in the community across and also in group setting.

Your responsibilities will include: -- Centre based service delivery
- 1-1 delivery of services in clients homes

You will have: -- A caring nature who will be sensitive to the needs and wishes of our clients and colleagues
- You will have a full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance) for occasions when a company vehicle is not available

Ideally you will hold a NVQ level 3 qualification in health & social care.What we can offer to you: -- Excellent training opportunities and career progression.
