SEN Teaching Assistant - Luton - Student Support - Classroom Support - Secondary - Luton
Looking to develop your career and have interesting work students with additional needs? Do you have personal or previous experience supporting children with SEN needs? Do you want to grow your understanding of special educational needs and gain experience for your career path? This could be the role for you.
We are supporting a Secondary school in the Luton area in finding nurturing and understanding staff to support students with additional needs. This can range from SEMH needs, mental health support and other learning difficulties.
SEN teaching assistant - Luton - education and support - Luton - Secondary
This role will include supporting students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to develop their skills and understand their learning. Within this role there will be elements of mental health support and emotional regulation supporting a student in their academic learning and understanding.
For the right person these roles can be highly rewarding but also challenging. We are looking for someone who has a similar nature to the school which requires them to be nurturing, kind, caring and understanding.

- Salary is £350 a week for full-time work
- Hours will be 8:30 and 3:30 (May differ depending on school)
- Daily cover / short-term / long-term contracts available
- Mainstream secondary
