**The ingredients for success**

Ideally, you will come from an F&B or catering background and will be confident when it comes to organising and managing teams. This is a high-pressure role as the park gets busy, so you need to have a cool head and be ready for every eventuality. You may have early starts or later finishes.

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Serving customers at our various food outlets on the park
- Leading by example, this a hands-on role so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Ensuring you and your team are working in a hygienic and professional manner whilst maintaining high standards at all times.
- Organising your team to be effective daily
- Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently
- Being a role model whilst supporting with the training and development of the team
- Driving operational excellence across the Food & Beverage team on the Theme Park
- Opening and closing units and cashing up.

**Qualifications and experience needed.**
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
- Experience of working in a hospitality environment is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in availability is essential.
- We need people with a can-do attitude, but who also like to have fun

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
