**We are currently recruiting for a Spa Cafe Supervisor to support our F&B team here at The Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa, Edinburgh**

The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is ideally located in the heart of Edinburgh’s financial and tourist area and is one of Scotland's leading 5 star hotels. As the largest 5 star hotel in the city with 269 bedrooms, we also have the biggest banqueting and meeting facilities with a capacity of up to 500 and the award winning One Square Restaurant. Additionally the hotel operates the award winning One Spa, one of Europe's premier advanced city spas.

Day to Day duties to include but not limited to:

- To be operationally responsible for the running of the One Spa Cafe
- To work with the management teams across both Food & Beverage but also Spa, to assist in the opening of the outlet.
- To be responsible for handling guest complaints, making service and product suggestions for improvements and cash handling.
- To assist with food & drink preparation, including coffees so barista skills would be welcome
- To assist in the co-ordination of catering aspects of wider Spa packages, from both a functional and a financial point of view.

We are looking for a confident and effective communicator who is customer service orientated, a strong team player who can represent the brand

Previous experience in a fast paced environment is essential

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
