**Role Overview**

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and team members and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Liaise with HR Manager before extending job offers and negotiating salary and benefits packages.

**Remote workers**:

- Commute to the Team Valley Headquarters every 4-6 weeks for in-person meetings and collaboration.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with related products/services.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candi-dates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to commute to the Team Valley Headquarters.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
