2 Vacancies added Social Workers in School is recruiting for new Social Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to combine the traditional statutory Social Work role with a more preventative approach to work directly with children and families to supportthem to make family led decisions and work to prevent the need for Social Work intervention.

You will develop relationships with multi-agencies working towards a collective approach to supporting children and families.

Term time will be spent in the school whilst school holidays can have a more flexible approach - either working from home or from an office base - whilst ensuring that children and families continue to be seen in the home and relationships developed withthem.

We are a stable and knowledgeable team which is well supported by the Team Manager and we prioritise team time each week to allow for natural conversations to happen to get to know your colleagues to enhance team cohesiveness and for peer support. We arecommitted to regular personal supervision as well as supervision which is reflective and child focussed
