About the Role

At our Aylesford site we are looking to recruit Client / Logistics Support in our factory. Support operation by undertaking general office administration duties in a timely and accurate manner. you will be in control of the parcels sent to UK and Ireland and raising commercial Invoice, chasing PODs, also be helping with the bulk deliveries to our clients, liaising with Haulier and Delivering Depots.

Carry out all administration tasks in accordance with business need. Liaise with stakeholders/customers. Maintain electronic/paper-based files. Identify areas of improvement to reduce cost and/or time. Undertake ad hoc office administration activity as required. Analyse data, via the appropriate ICT system, to support management with identifying trends and cost savings. Adhere to all legislative and DS Smith policies and procedures/standards.
- About the Role

- About You
- You will working closely with the Fulfilment Co-ordinator and team to make sure all cinema request are processed and deliveries have been made in a timely manner.

you will be required to chase POD and update the spreadsheet on a daily basis for the client service team to be able to audit..
also as part of the role you will assist where the Transport Manager in peak with phone calls and arranging deliver notes for the packing team downstairs.
