An opportunity to join a fast growing market leading business with a fantastic culture. Pivotal to achieving the companies commercial goals we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to facilitate new product development and introduction (NPDI).

The variety of products covered makes this a unique opportunity. Working with colleagues around the world, you will become a critical part of the company’s product portfolio management.

On a project basis, the incumbent will support project leaders with project setup, reporting and issue resolution.

On an ongoing basis, the incumbent will be responsible for the documentation and communication of all projects, including but not limited to: critical path, risks and project audits.

When required, you will also act as project manager on strategic or critical projects.

The key challenges of this position include:

- Assisting remote project teams of varying experience in project setup (project kick-off, mandatory documentation and timing plans).
- Promoting best practice and discipline without compromising speed to market.
- Collating and reporting latest critical path, project budgets, risk management and metrics.

Key Accountabilities of Programme / Project Coordinator:

- Be the point of contact for project management support.
- Ensure projects are setup and maintained correctly.
- Provide regular and accurate status reports on the NPDI program.
Required:

- Higher education (degree level or college qualification)
- Project Management certification: Prince 2, AMP or equivalent.
- Demonstrable Project Leadership experience of 3 years minimum.
- Project experience in a design or manufacturing environment.
- Professional working experience.
- Evidence of working with multi-functional teams.
- Track-record of successful cradle to grave Project Execution.
- Capability of working on multiple projects, at speed, showing pro-active issue resolution and risk-based decision making.

Desirable:

- Higher level project management accreditation.
- Program management experience
- Experience working with Product Development and introduction.
- Hands-on experience in PM process development and improvement.
