Regions Credit Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an integral part of the business in the Finance Shared Service Centre. We have embraced new ways of working and can offer remote working with a Laptop and Mobile so you can work where suits you. We also have an attractive new head office in Manchester with brilliant modern space, break out areas, onsite gym, and onsite café / restaurant.

As a Credit Controller you will take responsibility for collecting outstanding debt from our partners that trade with HSS Hire. You will have your own portfolio of customers and will work towards maximising cash collections.

**What will you do?**
- You will contact customers regarding their outstanding debt
- You will record actions in the customer’s account on the Debt Management System
- Within your team you will work towards targets for cash collection reducing outstanding debt
- You will have the ability to identify potential problem accounts, recommending accounts to be halted
- You will represent the company and our values of the business, remaining professional with all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work
