Ginger & Co. Coffee is an independent Coffee Shop serving Speciality Coffee, a locally sourced food menu as well as homemade cakes and are looking to add to our talented team.

We are seeking a **fulltime Team Member (or part-time depending on flexibility) **who is looking for a career in this industry to join and support our brilliant and hardworking Front of House team.

Full-time position 5 days a week (approx 36 hours)

Part-time position 3 days a week (approx 26 hours)

**Experience**:
**Successful applicants will have one or all of the following**:

- Barista training in a Speciality Coffee shop
- Experience a busy hospitality Industry
- A commitment to working hard within a team environment

**What will you do?**

At Ginger & Co. Coffee variety is the key a Team Member will conduct some or all of the following:

- Serve customers and build relationships
- Become a Barista or become an even better one
- Keep the shop clean and tidy - make it an environment where customers and team members will enjoy spending their time
- Report to Shop Manager and Directors
- Graft, work hard but have fun as part of a great team

**A Team Member *must**:

- **Be Passionate **in all that they do
- **Be hardworking and a team player**- we are a very busy coffee shop and it takes energy to make a relaxed environment
- **Think on their feet **bringing creativity to problem solving and responding positively when working under pressure
- **Be hands on **willing to get their hands dirty when required (everybody mucks in...)
- **Support other Team Members **help others out when the going gets a little tough
- **Make customers smile, '**no customer leaves unhappy' is our mantra at Ginger & Co. Coffee

**A Team Member *should**:

- **Love Coffee; Tea; Food or Cake **[or all of these]. Of course this is not mandatory but Team Members should convey with enthusiasm what we do at Ginger & Co. Coffee to our customers and the public
