As a result of our continued growth over the last few years, we have a brand-new opening for a Payroll Consultant based at our offices based in Milton Keynes.The position will initially start on a temporary basis with a view to lead to a permanent position.
**Job role: Payroll Consultant**
**Overall responsibilities**:
- Processing timesheets in accordance with polices and procedures, ensuring records within local CRM and Head Office systems are kept up to date
- Using spreadsheets and portals on occasion
- Assisting with payroll queries efficiently and accurately
- Help with training new starters as and when required
**Core Skills and Objectives**:
- Collate data from payroll sources, including timesheets, spreadsheets and portal data
- Inputting onto CRM system and other portals
- Working with various spreadsheets to keep track of payroll processed
- Ensuring payslips are sent to all PAYE workers
- Help with training any new starters to the business
- Be knowledgeable about and understand new legislation impacting payroll
- Ensuring payroll is completed in a accurate and timely matter
- Working to payroll policies and procedures
- Ensure all payroll information and records and maintained in accordance with statutory requirements

- Understand employee rights and medical recruitment legislation
- Understand and work to company payroll standards to ensure successful audits

- Ability to understand medical industry and company regulatory and ethical requirements
**Special conditions**:
- Contracted working hours are 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08.30 - 15.00
