This Mortgage Advisor job in Swindon is suitable for individuals seeking regular leads with good rate of conversion.
The business regularly receives referrals from word of mouth and their local community due to excellent reviews, for clients with varying circumstances. Plus, the business has an active book of mortgage clients, whose policies will need reviewing each month.
Typically, the business achieves 50% cross-sale ratio for protection and has excellent relationships with conveyancers.
There is no requirement to undertake self-generation, however this would be beneficial and would further increase your earnings.
The business could provide admin support if you are writing good levels of business e.g. 2+ cases per week.
Mortgage Advisor Requirements
- You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- You ideally should have experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Happy to consider individuals from either broker or bancassurance backgrounds

This well established mortgage brokerage is well respected within the local community, with regular positive reviews and word of mouth referrals. Due to high levels of enquiries, the Director is keen to recruit a motivated Mortgage Advisor.
Mortgage Advisor Benefits
