**Job Description: Part Time Cleaning Shift Leader**

**Position**: Cleaning Operatives **Reports to**: Contract Manager/Shift Leader

**Working Hours**:
The position requires 20 hours per week, with work scheduled Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 am.

**Role Overview**:
The Shift leader is essential in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency in various commercial environments. Working in settings like offices, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing sites, the Cleaning Operative ensures all areas meet high hygiene and safety standards.

This role involves performing comprehensive cleaning tasks, accurately monitoring stock levels, providing daily updates to the cleaning manager, and submitting purchase requests for stock orders. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the morning cleaning schedule, ensuring that the evening cleaning operatives meet the required standards, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cleaning cupboards.
