**A bit about the job**:
We are looking for a Real Asset Operations Associate to join our team in the Norwich Office.

In this role you will undertake operational roles to assist with the smooth operational management of the Real Asset investments within Aviva Investors, supporting the investment teams to facilitate investments. You will also, work with the external operational partners to ensure an optimal level of service for investors, through partnering with the relevant internal and external contacts

Support new products being developed within Real Assets to ensure their successful ongoing management. In addition, you will undertake payments activity where necessary, in a timely and accurate manner

**Skills and experience we're looking for**:

- Good awareness of commercial and financial practice.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- The ability to thrive in a demanding, change orientated, and so times deadline driven environment.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and ideally to be flexible, adaptable and open to change.
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively at all levels with the business and externally
