The Cheesy Pig is a thriving, family-run street food business that’s been serving up indulgent, cheesy creations since 2020. From humble beginnings to becoming a well-loved favourite across Lincolnshire and beyond, we now operate a full fleet of mobile trailers.

We’re looking for energetic, reliable team players to join us as **Trailer Catering Assistants**, helping us serve up cheesy goodness at festivals, events, markets, and more.

**About the Role**

As a Trailer Catering Assistant, you’ll be involved in every part of the day-to-day running of the trailer. From taking orders and working the fryers, to prepping food and even washing up — no task is too small when it comes to keeping things running smoothly.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Taking and processing customer orders with a smile
- Operating fryers and basic kitchen equipment safely
- Prepping and assembling food to our high standards
- Washing up and maintaining overall cleanliness in the trailer
- Following hygiene, safety and allergen procedures
- Ensuring consistent portion sizes and presentation
- Creating a fun and welcoming customer experience
- Helping gather social media content during service

**About You**

You don’t need loads of experience — we’ll show you the ropes — but you do need to be:

- Reliable and ready to get stuck in
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable doing a variety of tasks (from cooking to cleaning)
- A great communicator and team player
- Able to work weekends

**Bonus if you have**:

- Previous catering or customer service experience
- Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certificates
- A genuine love of street food
