**Autism Support Workers Wanted - Supported Living Services in Runcorn.**

Enhanced Healthcare is a specialist health and social care provider operating across **North Wales** and the **Northwest of England**, and we are currently seeking passionate and experienced **Autism Support Workers** to join our team in **Runcorn.**

If you have at least **6 months of experience** working in a health and social care setting in the UK, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference. Our services support individuals with **Autism** and **complex needs** in **Supported Living settings**, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives in their communities.

**About the Role**: You’ll be providing person-centred support for individuals with **Autism** and behaviours that may challenge. This involves assisting with daily living skills, promoting independence, and enabling individuals to achieve their goals. **Experience in autism support** is essential, and we offer full training, including **MAPA training** to help you succeed in this role.

**What We Offer**:

- **Hourly rates** from **£12 - £22**, depending on the shift

- **Holiday pay** accrued on top of your earnings
- **Refer-a-friend bonus** - earn **£250 per Healthcare Support Worker** and **£500 per Nurse** referral

**About You**:

- At least **6 months of experience** in a similar role, ideally with experience supporting individuals with **Autism**:

- **Driver** due to the rural location of some services
- Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred support
