**Job responsibilities**

We are keen to employ a passionate individual who cares about customers and strives to deliver a top-class service level in their team at all times, you will be responsible for managing the journey of our jewellery product being uploaded onto our jewellery website and overseeing all promotional activity on our jewellery website.

**Key Duties and Tasks**:

- Supervise and support the jewellery processing team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Manage and oversee the uploading of both New & Pre-Owned Jewellery onto our website
- Work closely with our ecommerce customer service team and all stakeholder in website
- Manage uploading and removal of promotions on website
- Quality control product images uploaded onto website.
- Quality control pricing and descriptions of all product uploaded onto website
- Manage and resolve any internal queries relating to product online
- Oversee and support the jewellery photography team through management of workload
- Prioritise and delegate cleaning workload in line with business requirements, ensuring KPIs are met and preventing bottlenecks
- Provide training and guidance to team members to maintain high performance and quality standards

Role involves preparing spreadsheets for website upload, as well as data entry

- Have previous experience of supervising or managing a small team

You must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week. (5 days per week Monday to Friday)
