**What will you be doing?**

The Partnership & Change (P&C) Pillar supports and delivers the UK SBS Portfolio of Change, through the management of change and project lifecycles and portfolio management. The directorate also provides internal Business Analysis services to the organisation.

The PSO role covers a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of a project’s objectives. They will enable the smooth running of the project or programme by supporting the project manager through the operation of relevant management processes,and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Owning information management aspects on assigned projects
- Provide secretariat services to required meetings as defined in project governance.
- Preparing and distributing of documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Retrieving relevant and key information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies) in order to aid the project
- Tracking of project budgets, expenses and expenditure, and assisting with the prediction of future costs
- Monitoring and updating Project RAIDDA log and escalating issues
- Provide a co-ordination/administration service to a project
- Preparation of the Project Highlight Reports
- Acting as the point of contact for all participants
- Monitoring progress against the Project schedule to highlight potential delays in delivery
- Making recommendations to improve efficiencies
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Facilitation of Lessons Learned activities

**Who are we looking for?**
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or proven comparable work experience
- Demonstrable experience of working with Office 365 products and in particular strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to identify, prioritise, plan and co-ordinate own workload
- Attention to detail
- Ability to face challenges proactively and be confident questioning, where appropriate
- Experience of taking and producing good quality, timely Minutes / Actions / Documentation
- Ability to use own judgement to escalate issues
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience of working in a high-volume environment
