**Package**: £23K-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)

After an incredibly successful year they are now looking to add to their award-winning Graduate recruitment team based out of their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol which hasan office bar. They are a very friendly, youthful, and vibrant team who put collaboration and teamwork at the centre of everything they do. They work in the extremely lucrative markets and most Graduates earn £35K in their first year which is considerablymore than the industry standard. They are looking for ambitious, hardworking, and switched-on Graduates to join the business and start their careers in Recruitment Consultancy.

**The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Year Sales Experience
