**About Our Client**:

On a day to day basic you can expect to be:
- Co-ordinating the Planners diaries and the arranging of client meetings
- New business processing
- Preparing documentation for client appointments and meetings
- Production of annual planning meeting packs.
- Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately
- Client file maintenance
- Client servicing
- Providing quotes using exchange and platforms.
- Dealing with policy enquiries.
- General Admin support
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful IFA Administrator will require the following:
- Previous experience working in an IFA or similar role
- Financial services experience is a must
- Strong administration skill set
- Great communication skill s
- Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
