**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell products and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is essential.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
