**About the role**:

- We're on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Logistics Coordinator within the Freight / Import Export world to join our energetic Supply team at Reckitt. You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. Your day-to-day impact on our supply chain will directly contribute to the satisfaction of millions who trust our leading consumer health and hygiene brands.- The goal of the Freight forwarding and logistics team is ensure all packaged goods within our health and hygiene brands arrives to its destination on time. This will mean we need to be resourceful in the sourcing of SKU's/Pallets, communicate with customer service, stay on top of compliance, consistently analize proof of delivery processes and keep the freight process on track at all times in what is a critical part of our business process.- If you have the drive to optimise and the vision to innovate, come help us deliver excellence in every click**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyse Supply Chain logistics data and performance, using insights to improve operations within your region.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and carriers to ensure our products move smoothly and swiftly.
- Keep a vigilant eye on costs and service levels, identifying smart areas for improvement.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into logistics projects, excited to fine-tune the gears of our supply chain.
- Regularly evaluate our logistics processes, always seeking ways to be better, faster, and smarter.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven experience navigating the ins and outs of logistics, ideally in the CPG, FMCG or Medical Goods space.
- Ability to say no, but importantly create solutions to ensure the on-time delivery of health and hygiene goods globally.
- Excellent communication - you interact with ease, whether with tech teams or transporters and global partners.
- A detail-devoted, organised approach, juggling tasks and able to be flexible to provide support at different times throughout the day to our international partners.
- Experience in freight forwarding within logistics with knowledge of customs and freight declaration.
