**Hours**:Full-time and Part-time contracts Available

**Shift Pattern**: Day Shifts 8.00am - 16.00pm, Waking Night Shift 20.30pm - 7.30am or 21.30pm -7.30am. Flexibility to work all shifts is required**.**

**Part of the City & County Healthcare group, Total Community Care, provide specialist care teams for individuals who live within their own homes. Our client base is varied and includes Spinal Cord injury, Acquired Brain injury and other Neurologicalconditions.We have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to form a new specialist care team.**

You will be supporting a young woman with a Spinal Cord Injury necessitating a high level of care, living in her own home in the Milton Keynes area.

**The Role**:

- You will support this lady in all aspects of daily living, which will include all aspects of personal care, Tracheostomy, Suction & ventilator and continence care. Medication administration, and skin care.
- Support in attending social outings and therapies and cinema visits.
- To provide light domestic duties.

**About you**:

- You must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy.
- You will be a good communicator and be able to follow instructions.
- You will need to be IT literate to assist the client to use a laptop.
- You will have a bubbly personality and share an interest in rock music, watching supernatural and horror films.

You will be working within a small team providing care and support all year round, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility is essential.
