deverellsmith work with multiple house-builders in the South East and one of our most valued clients requires a long-term contractor to start ASAP for a leading housing association in Middlesex. This will be for 6-9 months, and to be considered you musthave New Homes Sales experience, and exposure to Shared Ownership Sales.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly proactive, IT savvy, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to their development in Middlesex. Good area knowledge is a must This will be an ongoing, full-time work assignmenton a busy development where you will lone work.
Great opportunity if you want to work in affordable housing, and earn commission (also you get paid weekly).
Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and sell
Job Requirements:
- ASAP Start date...
- New Homes sales experience is essential as you will be lone working + Shared Ownership experience
- Well presented with exceptional people skills
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face-to-face and virtually
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
- Dealing with admin / sales progression
- Liaising with various agents and international buyers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
