**Job Title: Scaffold Laborer**
**Location**: WD24 (Watford, UK)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Scaffold Laborer to join our team in the WD24 area. As a Scaffold Laborer, you will be an essential part of our scaffolding operations, assisting with the preparation, assembly, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites. You will work alongside our experienced scaffolders to ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the delivery, unloading, and assembly of scaffolding materials on-site
- Help to set up, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding systems
- Ensure scaffolding is safe and secure for use at all times
- Assist with the installation of safety equipment such as guardrails and safety nets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations
- Work alongside site supervisors and scaffolders to ensure project timelines are met
- Carry out manual lifting, loading, and unloading of scaffolding equipment and materials
- Assist with basic maintenance and repair of scaffolding when required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in scaffolding or construction (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual labor
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Full PPE required (personal protective equipment)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £15.60 per hour

**Experience**:

- Scaffolding: 3 years (preferred)
