**Recruitment Advisor - hybrid working**

**Refresco UK - Head Office, Kegworth, Derbyshire (just off Junction 24 of the M1)**

Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks producer, is now seeking a passionate, energetic and determined **Recruitment Advisor** to work with the Resourcing Manager, building the Refresco UK in-house talent acquisition capability, and supporting colleagues across our six UK manufacturing sites with recruitment needs.

**About the Role**

You will report to the Resourcing Manager and work as part of the Refresco UK Human Resources team. You will be focusing on the recruitment of key roles based at our manufacturing sites. Your key stakeholders are the Site HR Business Partners and hiring managers also based at these sites. **The most important aspect of this role is to recruit the best quality and qualified talent, directly, as fast as you can ** In addition you will need to complete some key related administrative tasks.

As **Recruitment Advisor** here are your main duties and responsibilities:

- Hiring high quality talent, quickly and, ideally directly, for management, supervisory and administrative roles based at our 6 Refresco UK sites.
- Hiring high quality talent, quickly and, ideally directly, for engineering roles based at our 6 Refresco UK sites.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for these roles - from the assignment briefing with the hiring managers through to the offer confirmation - making sure the agreed process is followed and key stakeholders kept up to date with regular communication.
- Utilise multiple channels - social media, job boards, on-line virtual careers events, networking, direct searching - to source the best talent for Refresco UK, including developing links in with Colleges and Universities where appropriate.
- Design and implement new recruitment initiatives to reach and attract talent, especially those roles which are traditionally 'hard to recruit'.
- Collect, design and post interesting online content to promote Refresco UK as a great place to work, and help update permanent content such as company information pages.
- Manage your vacancies with high attention to detail, ensuring the adverts are consistently promoting the Refresco Values and employer brand and regularly updated and refreshed.
- Report weekly / monthly recruitment data including total vacancies.
- Manage, collate and issue out the weekly Refresco vacancy bulletin.
- Complete additional recruitment related administrative tasks.

**About You**

You will need to know your way around an ATS, and have good MS Office skills.

FMCG or related industry experience is desirable.

You will have energy, drive and passion for what you do, and critically you are determined to find solutions to even the most challenging recruitment assignment. You will need to have high level attention to detail too.

You do not mind doing some administrative tasks and duties (we are a lean FMCG company so we all have to roll our sleeves up at times) and you will need to be adept at prioritising and juggling tasks so that you do not lose sight of your most important objective - filling vacancies with great people.

**Reward & Benefits for this role**:
The salary for this role is dependent on experience. We offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and access to a sports and social fund. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00. This office based role has a hybrid working arrangement - 2 days from home and 3 in the office. We have free, onsite parking too.
