An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate womenswear Buyer with experience in young fashion and a deep understanding of Catwalk and high street trends to join this ambitious thriving fashion business.

You will build, lead and manage a hardworking and dedicated team and work to grow the brand by developing, buying and delivering multi products at the right cost, right time and right place to achieve the company’s growth targets.

You will research and identify current and emerging fashion trends in the young fashion market, working from ideas to execution online. You will work in collaboration with the CEO, Merchandisers and Designers and be responsible for leading product ranges and campaigns using your excellent team work and influencing skills. You will manage a team of two BAA’s ensuring the smooth running of the product development process whilst maintaining schedules and key deadlines within the buying calendar. In addition you will lead and present sign off meetings to MD and Merchandising. This is fast paced role that needs a talented buyer with entrepreneurial spirit who will recognise and react swiftly to changes in customer demand. Negotiating with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers when required to achieve maximum commercial success
