The Chester Grosvenor is a 5-star, award-winning hotel and home to Michelin-starred and AA Rosette restaurants. We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic **Kitchen Porter** to support our talented kitchen brigade.

**The Role**:
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment and be part of a passionate, fast-paced team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to high standards
- Ensuring cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, when required
- Receiving and storing deliveries safely and efficiently
- Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Managing waste and recycling procedures

- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided

Although the existing building dates back to 1865, there has been an inn on this site since the late sixteenth century.
