£9.53 hourly rate rising to £11.29 upon training + Shift Premiums + Full Training and Development

3 Shift System. EARLY FINISH FRIDAY.

Production Operative required by a well established manufacturer who are well renowned within their market. They are a global business and specialise in a range of products. They truly invest in the training and development of their staff and there is opportunitiesfor permanent employment as well as progression within your role.

The role would suit ANY individual who has experience within a manufacturing setting who seeks the opportunity to develop a career and learn new skills. Production Operatives, Manufacturing Team Members or Manufacturing Operatives would transfer well. Applicantsmust be willing to learn, be aware of basic Health and Safety Guidelines and be prepared to work in a physical role.

Full training will be provided with the role and essentially you will be responsible for following a range of production processes to high quality standards. You will get involved with injection moulding/conventional moulding processes, cleaning of productd,complex machining, assembly, finish spraying, lab testing and overall verification of end product to ensure it is to customer specification.

The Person:
*Can transfer from ANY manufacturing background

*Must have basic H&S knowledge

*Must have good communication skills (written and spoken)

*Will ideally have previous experience within a team based environment

*Must be willing to work in a physically demanding role
