Discharge Coordinator

Are you an experienced administrator looking to be part of a team who are passionate about providing safe, reliable and patient focused care? Then we could have just the role for you. We are looking for a Discharge Coordinator to join our administration team.
At Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet, our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
You will have relevant experience gained in a similar environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, work unsupervised and prioritisea busy workload.
