**Purpose**: The purpose of the Floor Staff role is to provide excellent customer service. You will assist our customers, welcome them to our venue and ensure they have a positive and welcoming experience when visiting us. Your role is vital to ensuring the success of our venue and making customers want to come back

**Key Duties**

1. Greet customers as they arrive and escort them to their tables

2. Provide menus, take orders and promote specials

3. Ensure orders are served promptly and correct

4. Check in with customers throughout their stay in the venue

5. Provide customers with their bills and process their payments

6. Work closely with other staff in the venue i.e kitchen staff, bar staff

7. Assist in cleaning the venue

8. Assist in other areas of the venue as required and instructed by your manager

9. Ensure all customers have a positive experience when visiting our venue

10. Report any complaints from customers to your manager

**Health and Safety**
- Ensure all areas are maintained in a clean, hygienic and safe condition, in accordance with Food Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act
- Ensure that all accidents/incidents are reported to your supervisor

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.31-£18.66 per hour

**Experience**:

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
