This post offers an excellent opportunity for a health or social care practitioner to work at the forefront of secondary mental health services to provide evidenced based assessments and short-term interventions with the aim of supporting people to maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing.

The role holder will have an in-depth knowledge and skills set to underpin the evidence-based interventions that will be delivered, this will be supported by ongoing continuing professional development to widen your skill and knowledge base.

We are looking for demonstrable post registration experience of working in mental health services. A high level of triage and assessment skills would be preferable, but not essential.

We are a strong team that work together closely and would welcome fresh ideas and enthusiasm for improving the journey of our service users, therefore we are looking for a team player who is confident and effective in communicating with service users, carers and staff of all professional groups as well as with external partner agencies.
