**Key tasks of a Support Worker include**:
**As a support worker two days will never be the same. The main aspects are supporting people within a residential home who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviours or autism. Support worker tasks vary but they can include activities, meal preparation, medication, mobility assistance and personal care, such as assisting with washing, dressing and other tasks. Our residents do take part in a wide range of their own favourite activities that promotes independence and wellbeing.**

**This role is ideal for someone who already has experience within the health sector and is passionate about making a difference in someone’s life.**
