We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Administrator to play a pivotal role to enrich a core key process for the entire company.

This exciting role will be based in our Global Centre of Excellence for X-Ray Inspection in Royston. Working in our purpose-built, state-of-the-art building you will contribute to the achievement of the team by reviewing, preparing and tendering variousRequest-For-Quote packages based on our internal drawings to an existing set of key suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:

- Review, prepare and tender various Request-For-Quote packages based on our internal drawings to an existing set of key suppliers.
- Follow through will be expected to maintain a set of Master Data relevant to the internal Supply Chain processes to allow parts to flow onto the procurement team in a timely manner.
- Creation and maintenance of internal master data points: PIR's, Source Lists, relevant master data for delivery time lines and schedules that support the requirements of the production line.
- Provide back office support on an ad hoc basis to the SCM team with regards to daily report creation, a defined criteria of indirect Buying, and administrative tasks.
- Total ownership, with influence and feedback loops from other employees in the Supply Chain, on material master data enrichment, source list selection and MDG Workflow.
- Support the cross-company SAP system and deploy developments as required.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Knowledge and experience in a materials management function carrying out material control, product development and/or dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP would be beneficial, and a good working knowledge of material management systems including MRP.
- Ability to drive results whilst working across a wide range of stakeholders including purchasing, material planning and manufacturing.
- Delivery focused - with a demonstrable track record of on-time delivery.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently.
- Can identify and resolve issues affecting on-time delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills.
