We can now offer the opportunity for a VOID Inspector to join our large multi-trade operation based in Donnington, near Telford**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting VOID's (Empty properties) on a daily basis - recording meter readings, taking photos of kitchen, bathroom and boiler within each property on a handheld device.
- Collecting and sorting mail, removing any rubbish from the property.
- Regular estate visits, including play parks to identify any required works.
- Communicating effectively with the colleagues, customers and clients.
- An ability to work and plan using their own initiative.
- Some experience of using a handheld tablet (iPad).
- Good understanding of current Health and Safety legislation.
- An ability to carry out basic maintenance within a property.

The role comes with a company van, phone and tablet.

Full training will be provided.

Driving licence essential.

42.5 hours a week.

25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday

**Salary**: £22,100 per annum
