**Receptionist with Open Table experience**

**£2,000 Per Month (Dependent on Experience)**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join Bocconcino Restaurant Soho Front of House Team on a Full Time Permanent basis.

The appointed Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all guests at Bocconcino Restaurant Mayfair. You will meet, greet and seat all guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst ensuring that the Restaurant seating plan is adhered to and that our business profile is maximised.

We are offering a flexible schedule that offers the possibility to have 4 days working and 3 days off, and as we are a company in expansion there is a great opportunity to grow withing the company.

**Main Requirements**:
**Must have experience of working at a high standard level in a customer-facing role within a luxury Restaurant or Hotel Environment.**

Must have an exceptional telephone manner and an ability to work well within a team are essential.

High grooming standards and a flexible approach to working hours are essential as the role involves working days, evenings and weekends on a shift basis

Experience of using OpenTable is a huge advantage for this position.

**Main Duties**:

- Answering all telephone calls with impeccable manners.
- Allocating bookings for lunch and dinner in absence of the Head Receptionist.
- Work alongside a team of Hostesses.
- Making sure all customers notes and turning times are passed on the Restaurant areas.
