Neath, United Kingdom Shaw Trust Full time

Join us at Shaw Trust Neath as a Volunteer Stockroom Assistant and help us raise vital funds to support communities across the UK.

A lot gets done behind the scenes, making a Stockroom role a great way to contribute to our charity at your own pace.

You’ll be sorting donations, researching and pricing items, assisting doners and supporters, and ensuring the shop remains fully stocked and tidy.

Our friendly shop team will give you all the training and support you need to make you feel comfortable and confident here. We believe that everyone has something to offer, even if you have no experience in retail.

**What’s in it for you**

Volunteering is a great way to make a real difference and build your skills. As well supporting Shaw Trust, you’ll be staying active and social, will grow your confidence and meet new people.

Most of the time, we cover some lunch and travel expenses. We’ll always be as flexible as possible around your education, family, work, and health commitments.

**What we’re asking for**

The main thing we are looking for is that you are happy to work with a team and have a helpful attitude. The ability to offer around 4 hours of help a week would be preferable, though we can be flexible. Volunteers in our shop must be aged 14 and over.

If you have any questions, just ask

**Join Shaw Trust**

At Shaw Trust we help people facing disadvantage to enjoy the best chance in life, to find a way into fulfilling work and to build a strong sense of wellbeing. The funds we raise in your local shop help us support over 50,000 people each year.

From Glasgow to Glastonbury, our 23 shops raise over £1,000,000 annually to support Shaw Trust programmes. With almost 300 volunteers in our shops, you can be part of a committed and caring team, giving time to improve communities across the UK.
