**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised venue, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Punctuality is an important factor
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required, as training will be supplied.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and basic maths skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Weekend availability is required.
Progression in the business is possible as we're a brand-new venue and in the long run we will need to grow our management team.
Start date will be within the next week but not finalised.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
