**BASIC SALARY**: £32,000 + Overtime

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer - Recycling, Waste

Reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager, as a Field Service Engineer, you will visit client sites in your area to provide maintenance, services and support for our baling and compacting waste / recycling machinery and equipment, including plannedpreventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance and reactive, breakdown and rectification repairs.

You will also support with installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment, carry out warranty work and collect information to report on faults and repairs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer - Recycling, Waste
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, repair, breakdowns and warranty work.
- Support on Installations and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
- Weekend cover for call outs on a rota basis to offer support (currently 1 in 4).
- Maintain spares and parts inventory on your van.
- Provide accurate reports of repairs and maintenance schedules.

It is not important to us which industry or sector you have learned your trade or gained your skill set, but to be considered for this role you will have the following.
- A good understanding of hydraulic systems / electrical circuits (from either education or work experience).
- Competent with reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Good people skills to create and maintain relationships at all levels.
- IT competent and literate.

You must have a valid passport due to travel and hold a driving license.
